These terms describe the rules for using soban.pl, the contact form and information published on the website.

1. Service provider

2. Scope of electronic services

The website provides access to informational content, indicative pricing, IT service descriptions and a contact form for sending inquiries.

3. Contact form

Sending the contact form does not create a contract. The form is used only to submit an inquiry, describe a problem or request contact. Any cooperation terms are agreed individually by e-mail or in a separate agreement/order.

4. Pricing

Prices published on the website are indicative and informational. They do not constitute a binding offer. The final price is agreed individually after reviewing the scope of work, environment condition, technical requirements, deadline and required responsibility/SLA level.

5. Prohibited content

Users must not submit unlawful content, spam, malware, third-party personal data without a legal basis or content infringing third-party rights.

6. Technical requirements

Using the website requires a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser and support for standard HTML forms.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the website or contact form can be sent to soban@soban.pl.

8. Liability

The service provider makes efforts to keep information accurate, but detailed scope, responsibility, deadlines, remuneration and SLA are agreed individually.
